Gratis Discounted Product Order Cancellation

Thank you for your attention, even if it was late.

Hello, during Gratis's campaign period, I placed a total of 7 different orders. However, I was subjected to the following issues: • In order number PR21805377, one item was canceled as a “customer return” by the system, even though I never submitted any return request. • After I emailed Gratis regarding this order, the remaining 6 orders were also canceled with the explanation that it was “due to circumstances beyond your control.” These cancellations invalidated all the orders I placed during the campaign period and prevented me from benefiting from the promotion. While many users who placed orders at the same time and under the same conditions received their products, my orders were systematically canceled without any justification, which is unacceptable. I contacted Gratis about this situation, and they offered me a ₺10 coupon. I want to state clearly that none of the products I purchased during the campaign were worth only ₺10. I informed them that I did not accept the coupon. However, they claimed my grievance was resolved just because the coupon had been issued on their end. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I will pursue my rights through every available platform.
