Gratis Delayed My Order of Shampoo Makeup and Shower Gel Products

On September 9, I placed an order through Gratis’s official website consisting of various products such as shampoo, makeup items, and shower gel. The total amount of my order is ₺710.50, and I paid by bank card. My delivery address is Kırıkkale/Merkez. The order needs to reach me within 3 days at the latest because I will be moving to another city, so the delivery time is very important for me. If my products are not delivered within the specified time, I request either a refund or that the shipping be expedited. I have not yet contacted customer service. I urgently request your assistance with my order and ask that the process be accelerated to avoid any inconvenience.

On September 9th, I bought some products from Gratis and requested that they be delivered to me within 3 days because I was going to move to another city. I have canceled my Gratis order as I could not take the risk. I request that my cancellation fee be refunded to my account tomorrow, please.
