On 15.11.2025, I placed order number PR26367505 through Gratis’s online store. My order includes various makeup products. Even though 6 days have passed, my order still appears as “received,” and the items have not even begun to be prepared. The lack of any progress for such a long time both causes inconvenience and damages my trust in the brand. I request that my order be prepared and shipped urgently without any further delay, and that I be clearly informed about the progress of the process.
