My Gratis Order Still Missing After 23 Days
I made a purchase from Gratis on the first day of the month. Today's date is the 23rd, and it's still not here. Apparent...ly, it was supposed to arrive within 15 business days. I'm uncertain about how this matter will be resolved. I'm getting exhausted from having to contact customer service on a dail
