Withdrawal Marked Successful but Cash Not Received
I have an account with IOB, Kachirayapalayam branch, and on 10.06.2026 in the afternoon I attempted to withdraw ₹7,000. The transaction is showing as successful, but I did not receive the cash and the amount has not come to me. I checked through GPay and PhonePe as well, but the ₹7,000 has still not been credited back to my account. When I contacted the bank, I was told to send my statement, but I am having difficulty with the system and could not send it. I request that IOB urgently check this failed withdrawal transaction, reverse it if the cash was not actually dispensed, and credit back the full ₹7,000 to my account as soon as possible, and inform me in writing of the result.
