I made a withdrawal of more than ₹2,686 from my Parimatch account on March 29, 2026, via bank transfer to my State Bank of India (SBI) account. In the Parimatch app, the transaction status shows as successfully withdrawn, but the funds have not been credited to my SBI account. This situation is causing me serious stress and concern because the amount is important to me, and I trusted the platform based on my previous successful withdrawals to the same SBI account.

Despite this, I have not received this particular withdrawal, and the discrepancy is very concerning. I attempted to contact Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

I respectfully request an urgent investigation into this missing withdrawal and ask that the funds be credited to my SBI bank account without further delay, or that an immediate refund be issued if there is a technical issue. I expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and a prompt resolution so that the full amount is safely returned to me.
