Parimatch Withdrawal Marked Successful But Money Not Received
I made a withdrawal request of ₹35,000 from my Parimatch account via bank transfer in India on March 23. The withdrawal is marked as “successful” in the Parimatch system, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account even after 7 days.
I contacted Parimatch customer support, and they told me that the amount was successfully sent. However, I have not received any funds in my bank account.
I have transaction details and screenshots of this withdrawal, and I am ready to provide them if needed.
I request that my ₹35,000 withdrawal be urgently investigated and that the funds be credited to my bank account as soon as possible. Alternatively, I request a clear written explanation and a proper resolution without any further delay.
I have already submitted my bank account statement. How else can I provide it to you? If the transaction is successful, please send me the UTR.
