Money Debited From My Side But Didn't Receive in My Parimatch Account

I made a deposit of ₹6000 to my Parimatch account on 6 June at around 3:37 PM via UPI using Paytm. The payment was clearly successful from my side, the amount was deducted from my account, but on the Parimatch site the transaction is shown as “declined”. Since that moment, the ₹6000 has neither been credited to my Parimatch balance nor refunded back to my account. I contacted support about this issue, but they have not solved my problem and my money is still stuck. This has never happened to me before with Parimatch; it is the first time I am facing such a deposit issue. I request that my ₹6000 be refunded as soon as possible to the same account/UPI from which the deposit was made, and that a clear explanation be provided about why this transaction was declined even though the payment was successful from my side.
