Parimatch Declined UPI Deposit but Money Never Returned

I made a deposit of 5,000 INR to my Parimatch account on 2 April 2026 using UPI through Indian Overseas Bank. The payment was successful on my bank’s side and I have the transaction details, but Parimatch showed the deposit as declined and the money has not been credited back either to my Parimatch account or returned to my bank account. Since that date, the amount has been missing and I have not received any refund. I tried to contact Parimatch support about this problem, but they have not responded to me. I request that my deposit of 5,000 INR made on 2 April 2026 via UPI from Indian Overseas Bank, which was marked as declined on Parimatch despite being successful at the bank, be urgently reviewed and either credited to my Parimatch account or fully refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
