Using GPay, I sent ₺130,000 to a gaming website. Unfortunately, I was unable to file a report for transactions over ₺100,000, which led to the rejection of the payment. GPay told me that the refund process would take one to three business days.
Had GPay indicated that "Payments over ₺100,000 not accepted," I would have remitted just ₺100,000. Now my money is still tied up and I didn't get to buy the in-game item I wanted because GPay made a mistake.
I will not tolerate this. I don't see why I should pay for GPay's mistakes.
