On December 26, 2024, at 10:38 PM, I made a payment of ₺4,075.39 via GPay for a game sale. However, due to incomplete verification of my details, the payment was not processed, and the transaction was canceled. I was informed that the refund would be issued within an hour, but the refund has still not been processed.

Why has this happened? I trusted the system to handle the cancellation and refund promptly, but I am now left waiting with no resolution. Please explain why the refund has been delayed and ensure that the amount is credited back to my account immediately. This situation is causing unnecessary frustration and needs urgent attention.

The mistake was mine; I sent the requested documents incorrectly and later realized they were incomplete, so the cancellation process took place.
