I tried to deposit ₺190 into a gaming site, and they provided me with an IBAN linked to GPay. I made the payment and submitted the notification, but the site claimed they couldn’t see the payment, saying GPay didn’t approve it. The issue isn’t about the amount, but despite having the receipt and seeing the GPay account as the recipient, GPay hasn’t responded to my emails. This raises serious concerns about the site’s intentions, as it feels like they’re trying to hold onto my money. I plan to file a complaint with CİMER and other legal authorities.
