I attempted to purchase a game on Epic Games Store and used GPay for the transaction. I transferred ₺80 from my Ziraat Bank account via bank transfer, and the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account. However, when I logged into my GPay account, the funds were missing.
Despite checking my transaction history, the money has not been credited to my GPay balance. This is unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution—either credit the missing funds to my account or issue a full refund.
