I booked an Istanbul–Amsterdam flight through Booking.com, which redirected me to Etraveli for ticketing. After purchasing the ticket, I realized I needed to change the flight time the same day, so I called Pegasus directly and canceled the ticket. I immediately rebooked with another company for a different time.
Pegasus confirmed the cancellation was processed promptly and said the refund would be issued within a week. However, more than 15 days passed and I received nothing. When I contacted Pegasus again, they told me they had already refunded the amount to Etraveli and that it was the agency’s responsibility to transfer the money to my account.
Since then, I’ve contacted Etraveli repeatedly. Each time, they told me the refund would reflect in my account within 10 business days. It’s now been 4 months since I canceled my ticket back in November, and still—no refund. I've done everything right and followed up continuously, but I feel completely ignored and financially mistreated.
I demand that Etraveli refund my money immediately. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will escalate this issue legally if necessary. I will also make sure to warn others not to trust their services.
