Gotogate Delays $3,449 Refund After China Southern Cancels Flight

I purchased round-trip tickets for two people with China Southern Airlines for my May 14 Istanbul–Osaka flight (with a layover in Beijing) and Tokyo–Istanbul return flight (with a layover in Guangzhou), under order number 1108-914-242, for a total of $3,449. The airline canceled our flight without providing any reason, and since January 19, we have not received any refund.

I made the payment by credit card. For about a month, I have been in constant contact with the intermediary company, Gotogate, from which I purchased the tickets, and I have also sent multiple emails to China Southern Airlines. Despite this, the amount for these canceled flights has still not been refunded, and I have not received any clear information about the process.

I request that the full $3,449 for the canceled flights be refunded to the credit card I used for payment. Additionally, due to the delay of approximately one month, I request that delay interest also be paid to me.
