China Southern Canceled My Flight Twice After Booking Through Gotogate

I booked my flight with China Southern Airlines through Gotogate, and this is now the second time my flight has been canceled without warning. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the airline has the right to cancel flights even just one hour before departure. How is that acceptable?
This experience feels like a scheme where tickets are oversold or reissued to higher-paying customers, while the rest of us are left stranded. It’s incredibly frustrating and stressful to have your travel plans collapse at the last minute—not once, but twice.
There was no proper notice, no alternative solution, and no compensation offered for the repeated cancellations. I strongly suspect this is a recurring issue, especially with budget travelers being treated unfairly.
I demand an explanation from both China Southern and Gotogate, as well as a full refund and proper accountability for the inconvenience and financial loss this has caused. Travelers should be warned about this kind of treatment when booking through third-party platforms like Gotogate.
