China Southern Canceled My Flight Twice After Booking Through Gotogate
I booked my flight with China Southern Airlines through Gotogate, and this is now the second time my flight has been can...celed without warning. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the airline has the right to cancel flights even just one hour before departure. How is that acceptable?
