Unjust Closure of My Google Business Account

I am facing a frustrating situation with my Google business account. Google has unjustly closed my account, claiming that my business is a copycat of a neighboring establishment. Here's the story: There are two shops side by side, with my store, "Paşa Kasap," being the older one. The shop next to us, " Paşa Aile Kasabı," opened after us and imitates our name. However, due to the absence of a previous legal case, the naming rights have already been secured for my business. Both butcher shops have similar names and are in the same location, leading Google to label my business as a copycat and close my account. Despite my attempts to appeal and reinstate my business account, Google has consistently rejected my requests.
