Hello, I am a local business owner on Google. Another business that also owns the same has a complaint. reviews incorrectly match my Google business. My business, Burcu Beauty Center, is in Kyrenia Alsancak, Republic of Cyprus. It was founded in 2023. There is a complaint. Com also Burcu Beauty Center business is located in Izmit Kocaeli. And it has been established before. The complaints of 2022 appear on my page. Burcu Beauty Center business Kocaeli Izmit comments and photos are the cover photo of my business in Kyrenia, Cyprus, there is a complaint picture. When you click on the picture, it goes directly to the complaint. It's like a complaint written on my page. Even the comments written by my original customers are not visible on my page because they appear first. This causes me to lose customers. Incorrect transactions that are not made in my business are matched to my business due to the similarity of names. The salon that performs bad transactions has the responsibility of saying "ohhhh what the hell". Please, correct it.
