Osyho T-Shirt Fell Apart After Only Five Wears
About a year ago, I purchased a plain white T-shirt from your Osyho Buyaka store in Istanbul. Even though I have worn it no more than five times, it started developing tears and loose stitching in several areas and quickly became unwearable.
As soon as I noticed the problem, I returned to the Buyaka store to ask for assistance. However, no one was willing to help me that day, and I was simply told that the product was not covered under warranty. I do not believe this is the result of normal wear and tear or misuse. A T-shirt should not fall apart after such limited use, especially when none of my other T-shirts have experienced anything similar. In my opinion, this points to a manufacturing or quality defect rather than customer misuse.
I ask Osyho to review this defective product in the interest of customer satisfaction and replace it with a new T-shirt. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of the inspection results.
