Google Play Unwanted Facetune Pro Charge and Membership Issue

I signed up for a free trial membership to Facetune Pro through the Google Play Store. Before the trial period was over, I decided to cancel the subscription. On the other hand, I found out that 584.38 Turkish Lira were taken out of my bank account. Because of a mistake in the system, the cancellation process could not be completed successfully. I want the money to be returned to me, and I want my membership to end right away. I have never, and I mean never, bought a premium membership, and I ended my trial membership before it ended. Because of all of these things, I'd like to ask for a refund right away, and if my membership is still going, I'd also like it to end.
