Google Play Refused My Refund for Vuvy Çanak Okey Purchases

I am complaining about both the Vuvy Çanak Okey game and Google Play because I suspect there is cheating in the horse racing section of the game. On September 11, 2026, and September 13, 3026, I made two separate purchases of $90 each using my debit card and bought miles in the game. No matter what I did in the horse racing game, I kept losing, and all the miles I had purchased were used up in a very short time, causing me a significant financial loss.

I believe the system in the horse racing section of the game is designed to make users lose repeatedly. For this reason, I requested a refund through Google Play for the loss I experienced, but my refund request was rejected on the grounds that the amount was too high. Since I believe the game was not operating fairly in these purchases, for which I paid a substantial amount, I feel that neither the game nor Google Play adequately protected me as a user.

I request that the horse racing section of Vuvy Çanak Okey and my Google Play purchase history be thoroughly investigated, that the loss I experienced be taken into consideration, and that the full amount I spent through Google Play, totaling $180, be refunded to me.
