Unauthorized Google Play Charges Appeared on My Türk Telekom Bill
Three unauthorized purchases have been charged to my Google Play account linked to my Türk Telekom line — all made without my knowledge or consent. My bill normally runs around $9, but due to these unauthorized charges, my upcoming bill shows $26. Two of the transactions occurred on May 28th and one on June 15th, each totaling approximately $3, and all three appear on my bill.
As soon as I noticed, I called Türk Telekom customer service, but they refused to help and told me they don't issue refunds. These transactions were made entirely without my knowledge — I never approved or requested any of them. My wife is unemployed, I have three children, and I simply cannot afford to pay this inflated bill.
I am demanding that all three unauthorized transactions be canceled and that the total amount be removed from my bill and refunded in full. I urge that this matter be investigated immediately and my losses be remedied — and I want it known that if this is not resolved, I will pursue every legal avenue available to me and file complaints with all relevant authorities.
