Google Play Allowed an Unauthorized AppLock Pro Purchase

I recently discovered that an annual AppLock Pro subscription had been purchased through my Google Play account without my knowledge or consent. On May 23, 2026, my sibling used my Google Play account to purchase a ₺200 annual subscription. I was never asked for my authorization, nor was I informed before the purchase was completed.

As soon as I became aware of the transaction, I contacted both Google Play and AppLock Pro to report the issue. However, I have not received any response or resolution so far.

I did not personally make or authorize this purchase. Because the subscription was obtained without my permission, I request a full refund of the ₺200 charged to my card. I also ask that this unauthorized purchase be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
