Google Play Charged Me for Future Self Weekly Access Subscriptions I Never Authorized

Various subscriptions were made through my Google Play account without my knowledge or authorization through an app called “Future Self – Old AGE Filter,” and these charges were added to my mobile phone bill through Vodafone Yanımda on September 7. I know that the app is a filter that makes a person look older, but I have never downloaded or used this app and never authorized any subscription or purchase.

My Google Play history shows in-app subscriptions called “Weekly Access” for September and August, and the charges for these subscriptions were billed separately to my mobile account. As of now, I have been charged a total of $74 on my phone bill because of these transactions. None of these transactions were intentionally made by me.

I request that these unauthorized subscriptions be investigated, that the relevant “Weekly Access” transactions on my account be canceled, and that the total $74 in charges improperly added to my bill be refunded. I also request that the necessary security checks be carried out to protect my account and prevent a similar incident from happening again, and that I be provided with written information about the outcome.
