Google Play Unrecognized Charge Issue
In September, a charge of ₺444.89 was reflected on my account through Paycell for a video application with no visible name on the Google Play Store. However, no such purchase appears in the store or in my payment history. The fee only shows up on my Paycell bill, and I have the receipt as proof. I first contacted Paycell customer service, but they told me I had to reach out to Google Play. Unfortunately, I could not reach any representative on the Google Play side, and my issue remains unresolved. This was a one-time purchase, not part of any subscription. I live in Yeşilyurt, Malatya, and I am requesting that this transaction be canceled and the ₺444.89 be refunded to me.
My complaint has not been resolved in any way.
