Google Play Charged Me $21 for Retake Pro Without Clear Authorization
Money was charged from my account through Lidio/Google Play without my knowledge or authorization. Transactions totaling $21 are shown, including charges of $7 each on September 8, 2026, and September 15, 2026. Even though I did not knowingly purchase any products or content online, these amounts were charged to me.
When I reviewed my account activity, I noticed charges associated with Retake Pro in particular. Although I did start a Retake Pro subscription, I do not remember authorizing charges of this amount or in this manner, and I did not receive clear information about the subscription or its payments. I also do not know how to cancel this subscription through Google Play, and I have not been able to cancel it so far.
I request a refund of the total $21 in payments that I believe were charged without my knowledge or explicit authorization. I also request a detailed written explanation of what authorization these transactions were based on and how they were processed.
