Google Drama Charged My Card Twice Without My Authorization

Through my Google account linked to Google Play, money was charged from my card without my knowledge or authorization under a transaction labeled “Google Drama.” When I checked my account today, I noticed that the $8 charge shown in the screenshot I submitted had been charged twice on the same day, resulting in a total unauthorized charge of $16.

I did not authorize these transactions, did not make any purchases, and received no notification about them. The card used for these payments is issued by Garanti Bank, but the transactions appear to have been processed automatically, and it seems that the bank was not aware of them either.

I request an immediate refund of the total $16 charged without my authorization and ask that the security of my account and card information be ensured. I also request that the necessary investigation be conducted to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from happening again and that I be informed of the findings.
