Unauthorised Payment From Hint App

I noticed an unknown and unauthorized charge of 29.99 on my bank account today, 27 May, linked to Google Play. I do not know which app or service this payment is for, and I did not knowingly approve or authorize any such purchase. The charge was taken from my bank account, which I have held for 13 years, and is connected to a relatively new bank card that I have been using for around 5 months. I see the transaction under Permanent TSB with the reference 16468451895. Until now I have not experienced any similar unauthorized charges, and this situation makes me concerned about the security of my account and card information. I request a full refund of the 29.99 charged today and an investigation into this unauthorized transaction. I also ask that any related subscription or future charges linked to this transaction be blocked so that no further unauthorized payments are taken from my account.
