Goodyear Winter Tire Burst on First Use, No Support Provided

On August 2, 2024, I purchased four Goodyear winter tires through the N11 shopping platform from a seller named Bar Otomotiv. I had the tires installed on November 16, 2024. However, during the very first drive on a smooth asphalt road, the rear-left tire exploded like a bomb. I have photographic evidence of the damage.
I contacted the seller, who asked me to send the tire for inspection by Goodyear. Nearly a month later, I received a response blaming the issue on user error. I was forced to purchase a new tire, but the burst could have easily caused an accident.
I strongly believe the tire was defective from the start and expect Goodyear to compensate me for my loss. I am not asking for charity—I am asking the brand to stand behind its products. If not for customers like us, your brand would not exist. Stop blaming users for your manufacturing flaws and address this issue promptly.
