I'm quite dissatisfied by Goodyear's irresponsibility. On November 18, 2022, I bought four Goodyear Eagle Sport TZ tires from KRM Tire Company in Kocaeli, Izmit. On March 10, 2024, while driving from Kocaeli to Bursa, my front right tire burst at Yalova Altinova, causing substantial trouble. The next day, I returned the tire to the store where I bought it, informing them that the two-year warranty had yet to expire. They stated that they will send the tire to the factory for inspection. I was assured I'd get an answer within forty days, but it's been two months and still no word. Despite several attempts to call Goodyear customer support, I have not been able to reach them, and my emails have gone unanswered. I urgently require information on the procedure and request that my damaged tire be replaced as soon as possible. My invoice information is attached to the given file.
