I Face Missing Hornet Premium Subscription After Payment
Today, I purchased a Hornet Premium subscription using my credit card. The payment was processed successfully, and I have the receipt as proof. However, before the subscription page could be completed, the app logged me out, and since then I have been unable to log back in.
The Premium subscription I paid for has not been applied to my account, and I currently have no access to Premium features.

I request that my payment be processed properly and that my Premium subscription be activated immediately. It is unacceptable to be charged for a service that I cannot use.
