I have a paid GoodNotes account, but when I log in from another device, none of my files appear. I usually access my notes from my tablet, but after resetting it, I tried logging in on a different device, only to find that all my notes and documents are missing.
Meanwhile, a friend using GoodNotes on multiple devices can access their files without any issues. So why is my account not syncing properly?
