Goodnotes 6 Keeps Freezing and Crashing on iPad 9 – Some PDFs Won’t Open

I purchased Goodnotes 6, but the app keeps freezing and crashes frequently, even when handling simple PDF files. Some PDFs won’t open at all, and the app force-closes way too often.

I am using an iPad 9, and I never had these issues with Goodnotes 5. The performance downgrade is frustrating, and I can’t find a customer support number to get help. That’s why I’m posting here—does anyone else have this issue or know a fix?

Goodnotes, I expect a solution immediately. This app is supposed to be reliable for note-taking and PDFs, but right now, it’s unusable.
