Goldcar Car Rental Nightmare, Lost Key and Unresponsive Customer Service

On June 26, 2023, I rented a car (2023 Renault Captur) for 7 days. Unfortunately, I lost the car key on July 1, 2023. I immediately contacted the rental company and spoke with Ms. S**. She informed me that I would have to wait until Monday for the main office to respond and that they couldn't do anything else. Despite claiming to provide Corporate services, they offered no assistance and asked me to wait until Monday. As a working individual, I requested them to send me a spare key or arrange for a replacement car. Despite having a Premium roadside assistance package, they only managed to bring me a spare key on July 4, 2023, along with a substitute car, a manual C-Elyse, instead of the SUV automatic vehicle I had paid for. Reaching the company's headquarters or authorized personnel is nearly impossible, more difficult than contacting the Presidential Office. The phone numbers listed on their brochures and website are invalid! I'm serious. When you call the roadside assistance number, it's out of service! You're left stranded. Neither their headquarters nor their Sabiha Gokçen branch responded to my calls or reached out to me from Monday to Tuesday, leaving me in distress. It's as if I had rented a car from their branch without having a roadside assistance package and was seeking their help! Don't waste your money on their roadside assistance package. If you find yourself stranded, good luck reaching them. After numerous calls, I discovered that the spare key was at a different branch through the courier service.
