Goldcar Charged Full Traffic Fine Without Offering Early Payment Discount
On June 5, 2024, I rented a car from Goldcar at Istanbul Airport and received a traffic ticket the same day. However, the traffic fine wasn’t communicated to me until August 13, 2024. Instead of allowing me to benefit from the early payment discount, Goldcar charged the full fine amount directly to my credit card without offering the discounted option. This is an unacceptable practice, and I request that this issue be corrected immediately. I should have been informed in a timely manner to take advantage of the reduced penalty. I demand a resolution to this unjust charge.
