I rented a vehicle with the license plate ** HSS 753 from Kraladım Goldcar at Sabiha Gökçen Airport on 23.09.2023 and returned it on 25.09.2023. Despite this, I received three traffic fines under my name: one on 29.09.2023 and two in September 2023. You had assured me that you would look into this issue and cover the fines, but I have yet to receive any response or resolution from your side. I kindly request that you address this matter immediately and correct the mistake as promised. Your prompt attention to this issue is urgently needed.

I also told the friend at Sabiha on WhatsApp, and they sent me a document saying they paid, but they paid the fine for another vehicle's license plate and sent it to me, so it's mistake after mistake, as if mocking me.
