Goandfind Charged an Unauthorized $15 After a $0.61 Payment
On October 20, I paid $0.61 by card through the Go&Find app to locate my lost phone. However, an additional $15 was charged to my card without my knowledge or authorization. This resulted in a total charge of $16. I did not encounter any additional warning or confirmation checkbox during the transaction in the app. I also could not reach customer service or get any support because I could not find a contact phone number.
I request that this transaction be canceled and that the amount charged to my card be refunded.
