Goandfind Digital Created a Subscription Without My Permission
On September 24, 2025, I used the Goandfind. Digital app on my Android phone, believing that I was making a one-time payment. However, a subscription was created without my knowledge, and on October 23, 2025, I was charged $15 for a second time, bringing the total amount charged to my credit card to $31. The payments appear on my credit card statement under the name “Goandfind. Digital.”
This transaction does not appear in my Play Store subscriptions, and there is no menu or contact information available within the app or on the website to cancel the subscription. The only contact option provided is an email address, but when I contacted it, I was told that my email address was not found in their database. The app also has no customer service or support line. I was never sent any confirmation message, invoice, or informational email regarding the subscription.
I only agreed to pay for a single phone-related service. I request that this unauthorized subscription be canceled and that all charges made to my card to date be fully refunded.
