Unauthorized Goandfind Digital Charge Appeared on My TEB Account

On October 25, 2025, a $15 charge was made from my TEB account by Goandfind Digital without my knowledge or authorization. I have never used this app and have not signed up for any membership or made any transactions through it. The transaction appears on my statement with the description “Goandfind Digital+34691339587es.” The transaction reference number is 34691339587 es.

The transaction was made entirely without my knowledge, and I did not receive any SMS or notification about it. I only noticed the charge when I logged into digital banking. I had only made a payment to the Tumile app from my account, and I had no other transactions. At this time, I have not canceled my card and continue to use my account.

I could not find a phone number or email address through which I could contact Goandfind Digital. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, that the $15 charged to my account be refunded, and that I receive a response regarding the matter.
