Goandfind Charged My Card Even Though I Have No Account

On December 17, I noticed that my Ziraat Bank card had been charged $15 by a website called Goandfind. I have never signed up for this website, made any transaction through it, or authorized this charge. The payment was made without my knowledge or consent.

When I tried to log in using my email address to check whether I had an account on the website, I received a message saying that no account was registered under that email address. In other words, there is no visible membership associated with me, yet $15 was charged to my card. I was also unable to find any contact information for the website, so I have no direct way to reach them.

I request an immediate refund of the $15 charged to my card without my knowledge or authorization. If an account has been created in my name, I also request that it be completely canceled and that my card information and personal data be deleted from their systems.
