Unauthorized Goandfind Recurring Charges Started After a $0.29 Payment

I made a $0.29 purchase through the Goandfind website, believing that it was a one-time payment. The website also displayed the amount as $0.29, so I believed that this was the only fee I would be charged. However, after this transaction, I discovered that $15 was being charged to my credit card every month without my knowledge or authorization. Starting in September 2025, $15 was charged to my card statement on the 8th of each month with descriptions such as “Event goandfind” or “goandfind. Digi.”

When I noticed this issue, I contacted Garanti Bank and was told that I needed to replace my card. I replaced my card and canceled the old one, but despite this, the same charges continued to be made to my new card. I do not actively use the Goandfind app or service, and I absolutely never authorized a subscription or recurring payment for these amounts. I do not accept these unauthorized charges of such significant amounts being made to my card after an initial transaction that appeared to be only a small $0.29 payment.

I request a full refund of all $15 charges made to my card each month and the immediate and permanent cancellation of any subscription, membership, or recurring payment associated with my information. I also request a clear, written, and detailed explanation of what authorization, agreement, and terms were used to initiate these transactions.
