Global Blue Tax Refund Charged Instead of Credited to Credit Card
On January 25, I completed a tax-free refund transaction through Global Blue at Bratislava Airport. As a result of this transaction, I was supposed to receive a refund of $17.34 to my card. However, I noticed that the same amount was charged as a debt to my DenizBank credit card instead. On my statement, the transaction description appears as “Refund Globalblue.com Stockholm SWE.” Instead of receiving a refund, I was charged, which has caused me financial inconvenience. I request that the $17.34 charge reflected on my card be canceled, that the transaction be corrected, and that the amount be properly processed and credited to my account as a refund.
