Givenchy Perfume’s Longevity Disappointed Me

I purchased a Givenchy perfume from Boyner, but its lack of longevity left me extremely dissatisfied. Less than 30 hours after my purchase, I returned the product to the store, hoping for a refund. However, after their inspection, my request was denied without a valid explanation.
As a loyal customer who has made nearly 70% of my purchases from Boyner over the years, I find this level of service unacceptable. The dismissive attitude I encountered felt more like what I’d expect from a small boutique, not a well-known retailer like Boyner.
I demand that Boyner address this issue promptly and offer a resolution. Ignoring loyal customers' concerns will only harm their reputation.
