I purchased a Givenchy perfume from the fragrance section at Boyner, only to discover it was manufactured in 2017 and had exceeded its shelf life. Despite paying a high price, the scent barely lasts 10 minutes, and the fragrance is nothing like the original. To make matters worse, the inner cap of the bottle was loose and delivered in a faulty condition.
It’s unacceptable for a company as established as Boyner to sell old, substandard products and deceive customers. This is not only unprofessional but also insulting to loyal customers. I demand an immediate refund for this purchase and expect Boyner to ensure that such issues don’t happen again. Selling expired products damages both trust and the brand’s reputation.
