I have been shopping at Boyner for nearly 30 years and always trusted them for standing behind their products and prioritizing customer satisfaction—until now. Recently, the Givenchy perfume I purchased started leaking and emptying on its own, despite being stored upright. I reported the issue to Boyner and returned the product for inspection.
To my surprise, they claimed there was no problem with the item and rejected my request for a resolution. Even the customer service representative was visibly surprised by the condition of the bottle. Feeling let down, I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and am now waiting for the results. Boyner’s lack of accountability has been a major disappointment, and I expect them to take responsibility for this issue immediately.
