I bought a Givenchy perfume from Boyner. When I opened the box, I saw that the bottle was broken and stained. I went back to the store to swap the perfume without even using it or spraying it once. Boyner said no to my request after looking into it and finding that the box had been opened and tests had shown that the perfume was real. What made things even worse was that they sent me back perfume that had been partially used and definitely sprayed by them while they were testing it.
Customers shouldn't have to open the box to see if they can find a broken bottle. There are major concerns about the product's quality and authenticity because of the damage that can be seen. A product worth almost ₺5000 shouldn't be sold in that state, and it's not okay to refuse an exchange because the box has been opened. I need a new bottle that isn't broken to be sent instead. If this problem isn't fixed, I'll take it to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. For your reference, here are pictures of the damage next to an older bottle.
