Gift Card Granny Cancelled My Photo Card - No Reason Given

Thinking it would be a nice and interesting surprise, I tried to order a personalized gift card with a message and picture for the birthday of my niece through Gift Card Granny. After paying using my debit card and turning in the order, a few hours later the order was abruptly canceled with no explanation at all. I only learned when I returned to find the order status; I never even received an email on it. The chat support was essentially useless and there is no phone number to call. I used a totally legitimate payment method, have good credit, never had problems with other services. I'm beginning to wonder now whether this company is really legitimate. Lack of openness irritates and is unprofessional.
