I Bought a Grocery Gift Card From Gift Card Granny But It Could Not Be Redeemed

Using Gift Card Granny, I purchased a gift card believing it would be a quick and simple approach to assist someone with groceries. The recipient sadly hardly could redeem the card at all. I tried their chat assistance; there was no actual help available. I even contacted with other customer service agents, but they merely informed me I wouldn be able to get a refund. It really annoyed me greatly. To be honest, purchasing a gift card straight from the retailer where at least you have more choices should something go wrong. While many seem to have positive experiences with Gift Card Granny, not me. That was all the money I could afford to donate. It disappeared.
