Gift Card Granny Refused to Help Me After I Sent an EGift to the Wrong Email
Gift Card Granny helped me to correct an inadvertent e-gift card delivery to the incorrect email address. Not once, but four times I contacted someone online in hopes of having the error corrected. Every time I received the same general answer that my request couldn't be handled. Only automated responses and no solution; no real help or one person reaching out to grasp the circumstances. To be honest, that is somewhat absurd. Although mistakes happen, there should be a straightforward repair for something like this. I lost my money ultimately, and the receiver never even received the gift. I shall most certainly never use Gift Card Granny once more. Feels as though they simply take your money and have no regard about what follows.
